Hello,

i need just a clarification about apply 19873049 patch.
Readme File in description section report about installing patch 19393542 for release 12.1. In https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1954250.1note 1954250.1 there is no reference for this patch related to my instalalled version,

currently we are on 12.1.3 and database il in version 11.1.0.7.

Can you clarify if i need to install patch 19393542 on system?
