UK Disbursment Payment Formats R12

HI

I am trying to find a white paper on how to implement Electronic Funds Disbursements to our UK Bank.   .  One of the UK bank (RBS) indicated  that the most used format  is the BSI/VDB format for uploading payment files direct to the banks portal .  

There is a Oracle Payment format called UK BACS 1/2 Inch Tape Format in  the Oracle  Payments User Guide under the list of Commonly used Payment formats.   Is this  format  used for GBP currency only?   We also  disburse to our suppliers in EUR and USD from our UK bank.  

Has anyone implemented EFT with a UK Bank?
