ExpandCommTemplate of "Outbound Communication Manager" not returning Template Body

Hi,

With 8.1.1.7 we were using "ExpandCommTemplate" method of "Outbound Communication Manager" business service.

The method used to return property set with 2 parameters:

     ExpandedSubject - Subject Line of Template

     ExpandedText - Body part of the template.

But after upgrading to 8.1.1.11.9 the method is returning blank for the ExpandedText.

Due to this the generated email has only subject line and no email body.

Is this some bug or I am missing something?
