Oracle OAF page personalizations

Hi,

I can only personalize OAF pages under certain responsibilities but not others. This issue only occured after some development work and I am just wondering if it is a setting that is causing the issue.

If someone can explain how the functionality to personalize OAF pages can be disabled for certain responsibilities it would be greatly appreciated.
