Why does State 1099R Magnetic Report for GA is producing magnetic file in EFW-2 format instead of 10

How can we change the 1099R output/magnetic file for state of GA?  Currently when we ran "State 1099R Magnetic Report" for GA, it is producing an output/magnetic file in EFW-2 format instead of 1099R format.
