Siebel Communication response groups and server restarts
Hi,
We have email to SR functionality implemented in our call center application. That means whenever user sent email to particular mail id, SR will be created in siebel.
For that we set up communication response groups and which are in ACTIVE state.
Can you please confirm is it required/recommended to inactivate the response groups every time in production before stopping the siebel server services.
If we have not inactivated the response groups during restarts, what will happen in case any email is in middle of processing in Siebel while we are stopping the siebel services. Do we loose that email?
