Error in integrating Oracle Forms with OAM 11g R2

Hi,

We have integrated Oracle Forms with OAM 11g R2 in our DEV environment which is working perfectly fine as there is only 1 server in DEV environment.Now in Production we have two Oracle Forms servers and OHS is installed on the same machine as Oracle Forms and there is a load balancer which has been configured for OHS.Load balancer is using SSL.After integration when I am accessing load balancer SSO URL I am getting  "Oracle SSO Failure - Unable to process request" and When I am accessing the SSO URL without load balancer I am getting a different error which
