The TAX Authority in P75I210-India Localization

Hi ,

When setting up the tax registration details for the customer and the suppliers, we set the Tax Authority (PCAC) and the registration type.

Would like to understand whether the tax authority should be the state where the supplier/customer is from or its is the state of our company. If this is the state of the company then every address book record will have the same value here.

Again how significant is this setup for tax authority , I understand registration type is for differentiating whether the supplier is a manufacturer or a dealer etc.
