Payment Term Due Date not working as expected after upgrade

Hi,

After upgrade to 12.1.3, some Payment Terms are not working as expected.

Example

Before Upgrade

Invoice Date = 22-DEC-2014

Payment Term : N75 EOM ( Relative Amount 100, Day of Month 15, Months Ahead 2)

Due Date > 15-MAR-2015

After Upgrade

Invoice Date = 12-JAN-2015

Payment Term : N75 EOM ( Relative Amount 100, Day of Month 15, Months Ahead 2)

Due Date > 15-MAY-2015 it has added one month

Any help?
