Reminder : Upgrade for transition to new upload method

Dear Community Members,

    Are you aware of upcoming changes to the Support Files upload method ?

    The deadline is approaching....

      Oracle  Support is switching from Legacy FTP/HTTP to a better method with FTPS capable transport.oracle.com site.

     Customer must upgrade the ZFSSA  to the latest recommended firmware as soon as possible to ensure best support experience.

     Failing to upgrade may cause delay in resolution of the Service Requests as bundle uploads from ZFSSA will not work after transition.

     Kindly note that these new changes will come into effect in March 2015 and customer must upgrade prior to that.
