JDE Web Client transaction and log in error

Hi JDE Guru,

We have problem in accessing JDE web client. When our users start transaction in JDE they encounter error like " Web Client Exemption", "Select Application Failure Header Label". When I check the Application Server log there is "Unable to create database server connection", "Unable to connect to Oracle ORA-12519: TNS:no appropriate service handler found" , " Failed to connect to NAME_OF_DATABASE". Can anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Where using JDE E1 9.1 tools release 9.1.0.1
