EBS R12 Look and Feel

We are trying to place the customer logo on all web pages of the oracle application. We got this done, however for 'Application Diagnostics' resp. we are still getting 'Oracle' logo.

Additionally, we could not locate the steps to set a custom screen saver as the background for oracle application.

Could you please help us with both the issues. It'll be much appreciated!!
