Expense GRN could not make

hello

We are on 12.1.1. On GRN creation receving concurrent Receiving Transaction Processor is completing with error.

Transaction statues summary shows the following errror

RVTTH-448: Subroutine ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error in Package CST_XLA_PVT Procedure Create_RCVXLAEventStatement -300: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number convers

Despite deletion from Transaction statues summary  the same error comes. Pl help
