Loyalty statement End date

Hi ,

Does anyone has idea how Statement End date for LOyalty is managed.There is a validation on Statement end date (Value<Timestamp()) but i am not bale to find this configuration any where .Neither was i able to modify the value is it Class level driven from "LOY Statement Generation Popup Applet" or by class of LOY Member BC.
