UOP asset production error

I am trying
to load the UOP asset production and I am getting the error message
below.  I have loaded credit production unit in Oracle before (in the
Oct14 monthend period) so I am not sure why I am getting this message.

APP-OFA-48227: Total production for the asset must be greater than or equal to zero
