Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Direct connection between zfs header & nfs client without network switch

Dear experts.

We have a ZFS7420 appliance which has dual port 10g ethernet optic card.

Is it possible to connect directly between zfs 10g 1 port and nfs client server 10g 1 port?

Please advise any issue and consideration when I use direct cable connection without network switch?
