Budgeting and Forecasting based on Job

Hi All,

Wanted to understand, how can I generate budget based on the rates defined for a Job

Also, if an employee has different jobs on 2 different project running at the same time, how can the budget be generated. E.g. I work on Project1 and Project2. I am Chief Architect on Project 1 and Controller on Project 2, how can I use different rates on a these projects
