R12.1.3 : Error when trying to apply patch 10077152

hello,

We have tried applying patch 10077152 a test environment and have received the following error:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/Apps/finsit/apps/apps_st/appl/ap/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/ap
lbupgind.sql
Connected.
DECLARE

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
ORA-06512: at line 92

We had a look and the object that it is referring to and it is: AP_LIABILITY_BALANCE_N4
