af:message is not displaying in webcenter portal application

Hi All,

I am working on webcenter portal application 11.1.1.6 . We are using taskflow render as region in wcp application. Problem is, inline error message is not displayed only inputText highlighted and no message is shown.

I think someone also experienced same thing.see this thread 

Is it some bug? I search in Oracle support but did'nt find it. Any suggestion.
