Single Global Instance for multiple customers sharing iSupplier Portal

If multiple companies on are on the same instance of Oracle, are they able to:

1) Share the iSupplier Portal License (The instance already has a full Purchasing install, with iSupplier Portal)

2) How to show the correct company branding on the pages for each company within EBS and for the suppliers in iSupplier Portal, Supplier Registration Pages, etc.

3) 95% of the suppliers are not shared across companies, but for those who are, assuming these would be 2 different logins
