cannot access referenced TFA collection document

After poking around, this seemed the best place to put this question.  If not, please point me in the right direction.

I have recently had a couple of SR's dealing with ASM.  At one point I was directed to "Read Note:1678624.1 SRDC - Collecting the Required Information for Support to Validate & Troubleshooting ASM Diskgroup Corruptions", with a link on the note id.  That link took me (of course) to Note 1678624.1,  where I was further directed to "please provide the TFA data collection as described in the Document 167121.1", with a link on THAT Note id.  But every attempt to get to
