Something new hit me this morning. When creating a SEV-1 ticket, I was warned, then prompted for 24-hour contact information.  Nothing new there, except it wouldn't let me just enter information, it had to come from some search list.  !?!?  After a few stumbled attempts I guessed it must be referencing the other names on our SCI.  But it refused to recognize those as well (except for my own).  I ended up having to give my name for all three contacts, then making a note on the SR about the next contact after me, before it would even let me
