8.1.1.10 on Windows 2012

I found that Windows 2012 is certified for 8.1.1.10. Since we first install 8.1.1 and then apply the 8.1.1.10 patch, I want to know if 8.1.1 (base) can be installed on windows 2012 without any issues.
