Office 365 integration

Is there an updated document for Office 365 UM integration available? I'm referencing the October 2012 version of the document however I think I need something more recent as the doc has some inconsistencies and I was hoping for an updated version to get my Office 365 integration completed. I have opened an SR however I'm not getting the support that I hoped for.
