General Liability Calculation (Canada)

Has anyone had difficuly with the calculation of General Liability within Canaidan Payroll.  We have Workers Compensation setup, and working correctly,with the General Liability Rates added, the premiums did not calculate.  Any ideas?  All applicable setup was completed (AAI/Vertex Geo-Code Mapping)
