After RPC2 patch function 'PO Online Error Report Text Page'-PO_ONLINE_REPORT_TEXT_DETAILS

Dear all,



After RPC2 patches, System Administrator/Application/Function
Query Function and input "PO Online Error Report Text Page" (PO_ONLINE_REPORT_TEXT_DETAILS).

But from front application, system opens "Rebuild Account Error Report" webpage and no action or no outcome.


Expected to know What is this functionality about "PO Online Error Report Text Page" (PO_ONLINE_REPORT_TEXT_DETAILS)?  Why it shows "Rebuild Account Error Report" webpage in front application?
