Open UI 8.1.1.10 Drop Down Picklist Issue

Hi Team,

Curently we have issue going in In IE 9 ,11 & Chrome,Latest patch applied is QF0102016 AND QF0002179 on 8.1.1.10 ,

When using the mouse to scroll down picklist, trying to select a value from the drop-down, the drop-down window disappears for several times.

Picklist is not working properly when scrolling through the dropdown values

In Application all picklist / dropdowns containing relatively large list of values (say greater than 10 values matching the search text), entered search text gets cleared out when scrolling through the dropdownlist using Keyboard\Mouse.

& some times intermittently Drop down values blinks & go away
