How to change the color of a field in iSupplier portal using CSS ?

Hello,

We are on R12.1.3

There is a field 'Quantity' in iSupplier portal, which automatically defaults to available quantity

The problem with this is, suppliers are over billing us most of the time for the full available quantity.

Tried setting the initial value to zero by OAF personalisations, however it is not working. ( Defaulting a  constant value is not working )

Please let me know if there is any other way to achieve this, without any need to code. Unfortunately there are no Jsp coders available in our team.

Now the other option i am trying to do is to change the color of the field 'Quantity' so that it stands out and the supplier will notice it and correct.
