User reported that his Primavera Application crashes randomly

APPLICATION

  Primavera Version 7 SP5 (P6.7 SP5)

DATABASE

  Concurrent work environment through Citrix using FireFox browser

What is the ISSUE/PROBLEM?

ISSUE: User from one of our contractor reported that his P6 application crashes

  Frequency of crashes = occurres at ~more than three times over a week period. Occurs randomly during P6 session each day.
  Latest crash on February 4, 2015, ~1:20 pm (Mountain time)

  No other User has a similar complain

  I have instructed the User to give more information by clicking the “View Problem Details” when the message comes up again

  Error message generated (see image see attached)

  User had a few other programs when the last crash occurred such as MS Office and Adobe
