Can the Accrual Reconciliation Load Run Program and AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report be sched

Can the Accrual Reconciliation Load Run Program and AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report be scheduled to run daily?  Ideally we would like to build a Request Set to do so.  How would we ensure that he Load finishes before the Report is generated and how would we increment the date parameters?
