FRM-47023: No such parameter named Query_ONLY exist in form APXVDMVD.

Not sure if this is the right place to post.

But, it is a Oracle Purchasing form.

We are unable to open supplier web page from Quality Engineer custom menu.. The navigation is Quality Engineer > Purchasing > View Supplier. Clicking on View supplier produces the follwing error

FRM-47023: No such parameter named Query_ONLY exist in form APXVDMVD.

Tried working through the oracle note 1490148.1.  Still received error.  We are  able to access the page from the PO Buyer responsibility.
