How to display the combined value of PDBA 9997 (Overpayment) prior balance and current year values

Hello, we have rolled over the PDBA 9997 balances from previous year but unfortunately they are not showing in the current year register R073012 nor the employees' pay stub. Is there a way to easily display the 9997 balance (prior year plus current year transacted values) to the employee and to Payroll?
