Is it possible to enter a PO line with a unit price including tax?

Dear Friends

For my Client ,Supplier is providing the price of the Item including tax.

So is it possible to enter a PO line with a unit price including tax?. If so how to enter the price of the item in PO line. Normally It is defaulted from Item definition form.
