Starting ASM in 12c

Hi  Team/ people ,

Greeting for the day...

We have disaster recovery activity, as a part of it we need to restore the rcat database from backup .

The question is here:

++New Server will  be build by system administrator   and all the crs and db fi@les will be restored.

++We need to start the asm and restore the database.

ASM.+ASM:/opt/crs/12.1.0/grid:N:

rcat:/opt/oracle/product/11.2.0/db3:N ( Database that we would be bringing up )

So would like  to know ,  what kinda of error we could face during the ASM startup.  ?? We know localconf option is there  till 11.1 and before
