How to handled Non salable item, can be Purchased

Hi All,

I am using Jde9.1, I need to know if JDE has any standard option to set item as non salable. I am looking for any flag which will stop SO creation.

I am not looking for work around like use new line type with no activity rule or item restriction at customer master.

Do we have anything in Preference if not in item master.
