Siebel 8.2.2.14 Open UI issue (Thin client appearing blank after login

I have installed the IP 2014 in our POC environment and have got the issue with OPEN UI Thin Client.

We are getting the blank page after login to open UI thin client.

We have already copied all the js files of our existing IP 2013 Application and generate the browser script.Can you please suggest?

However just for the testing purpose I launched the test object manager in HI mode and it's working as expected.
