About message39 in BI Publisher ?

Dear All:

I installed the BI Publisher with word,

But when I load xml files(menu2007.load_xml_data button), it show me message39 !

I tried google it, many people ask about it, but no found answers...

The information about it:

OS: Win 7 pro SP1

Office Standard 2010

Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.6

Build 5.12.110

workspace: c:\users\xxx\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\Tmp\

installeddirectory: C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for word\

Does anybody have idea about it?
