Quick select or select button do not select the application on an OAF page

Hi,

While creating template from XML Publisher Administrator responsibility, user is trying to select the application from the list of values using quick select or select button. But the page hangs and user is not able to select the application.

EBS version : 12.1.3.

Issue is happening with all the users and all the browsers Netscape Navigator version 9.0.0.6 ; Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.17498 update 11.0.15

Navigation --> XML Publisher Administrator -> Templates. Click on the search button of Application. Try to select a value from the list of values. Quick select or select button both are not working. The page not responding.
