PM WO Cancelled by PM

dear all I have two questions:

  1. The users start founding WO is canceled by PMs, any one know why???
  2. and if the users change the Effect date from in partciller PMs Defination and there are aready existing WO genereded from PMs
    is there any impact on the system???
