Upgrade 12.1.3 issues : Unable to open Configurator web page from Sales Order's Configurator button

Hello,

We have recently upgraded our system from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3. We are seeing a number of issues with standard core functionality.

In sales order's form, at lines items tab, after entering PTO item and quantity, when we click on Configurator button, it gives us pop saying "Configurator Processing. Please wait.." , but Configurator web page doesn't opens.

Oracle Configurator version: Configuration software build: 12.1.3.31.8

When we enabled OM debug we are getting these log messages:

CONFIGURATOR IS INSTALLED PROFILE SET TO YES

ENTERING OE_SYS_PARAMETERS.VALUE

Going to get the value for MASTER_ORGANIZATION_ID
