how can i use OKS_TERMINATE_CONTRACT_PUB api which is there in 12.2.4 in 12.1.3

Currently we are on oracle version  - 12.1.3, i wanted to use the  OKS_TERMINATE_CONTRACT_PUB API (Which is availale in 12.2.4 only) for terminating sublines using backend, is there any API which can help ?

Please helpm, it is really urgent.
