expdp too slow with lob objects ( FND_LOBS)

Hi Guys

I am export FULL database size around 2 TB using expdp with parallel 16. One thing I noticed is that expdp parallel is basically sequential process and not like normal parallel process.

It took 22 hours for us to export the full database and I monitored that it took around 17 hours only on FBD_LOBS , that continues to run via a single session.

Is there any way to optimize it ?
