Item not delivered to Inventory even though receipt routing was "Direct Delivery".

HI,

We have standard PO having receipt routing as "Direct Delivery".

It is found for many cases that receipt transactions are still in "Receiving" destination only and not yet delivered. We have checked with users and found that they donot make any manual changes in destination type during receipt. So need to know why these transactions have not been completed.

Oracle version :-  R12
