What is the best thing to do about a Corrupt Version of R09801?

When CNC is saying it looks like a corrupt version, does submitting Version Specs (Job Type 001) usually fix this?  What is the best practice way to deal with corrupt versions?

I have attached the log from this running and all of the Execution Details are blank.
