Why do i not see the "seeded" Tax rates from the TAx classification code LOV in the AP workbench.

If i use "DK VAT" seeded Tax and say i add a new tax rate called XX_DK. I can see the XX_DK in the Tax Classification code LOV in the AP workbench, but not the seeded ones. When i go into the Rate details screen I noticed that the "Allow ad-hoc" was checked in the seeded rate but not in the custom rate. I unchecked it but getting the same results. I want to see the seeded "tax rates" in the TAx Classification LOV in the AP workbench
