Ultimate Ship Date (Interco InTransit date) NOT being calculated in ATP after INTERCO has Shipped

INTERCO Supply/Demand for DESTINATION Warehouse is giving the interco InTransit date (i.e. TODAY) in ATP, when the physical reality is that it won't arrive in destination warehouse until Friday.

Need to know where I can update in Oracle so that the InTransit time is taken into account. Else if an order is placed in destination warehouse TODAY and expected to ship tomorrow (based on system data) system data WILL give good dates, indicating product is physically available when it is NOT yet...

Currently, On-Water Shipments/Open POs ARE being calculated in ATP. If order is keyed and product is on-water/has OPEN PO, dates on order will be kicked out to reflect on-water arrival/PO Date
