E1 9.1 Cash Basis Program R11C853 - Is multi Threaded Queue OK?

Hi --

I have looked through the documents in the Knowledge Garden and I did come across an FAQ where it state that the R11C850 can be run multi threaded but it does not say anything about the programs that are subsequently called.  We are having sporadic issues where the batch only writes 1/2 of the transaction (cash side) but does not write the expense side.  The reason I am leaning towards multi threaded queue is the SAME user (one of our power users that has a lot of access) posted several A/R Receipt batches at the same time.  One batch did
