no data available on OVM guest

HI, we are migrating our database servers to Oracle VM running Oracle linux.  I've noticed as we move on the host home page CPU Utilization and Network Utilization both show "no data availiable".  The other graphs are fine for memory and filesystem;  as is the database monitoring pages.  We have diag/tunning packs and the database is 12c.  The agents are not throwing any errors. 

Any ideas?
