R0701730 Populate Vertex Filing Status - run as part of Monthly Vertex Update?

Every month we apply our Monthly Vertex Update to obtain current tax rates, etc. In researching something else, I saw that whenever there is a Vertex "enhancement" that affects pretax deductions, fringe benefits or alternate calc codes, I should be running this.... should this UBE be a part of the monthly Vertex update process (along with running the R07500)? thank you!
