ATP/GOP - Star item created in Sales Order not seen in ASCP Workbench in Pink Color

Hi , We created an ATO Sales Order .Base Model is enabled for ATP . Order has been Booked and Star item created using Autocreate Config item Program. Our expectation is to see this star item in ASCP workbench in Pink Color with order type planned order and pegged to sales order.But this ATO item is not seen in workbench .Instead only base model is seen in Workbench. Is this normal behavior for ATP enabled ATO model. Plan is enabled for ECC .If ATP doesn't create entries for star item in msc_supplies and (also resource requirements)  how system can consider
